Payments & Ordering

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept almost everything through Paypal.
We accept Visa | Mastercard | Discover | American Express | Paypal 
+ We do not accept personal checks because we are not your landlord and this isn't 1995. 
+ We do not accept money orders or direct bank transfers either. We're actually not sure if anyone does.

Do you sell gift cards?

Not right now, but they will be available this holiday season. So keep checking back.

Shipping

How much is shipping and how long does it generally take?

Transit times vary by country and shipping service. Please go here to check out our shipping details.
+ Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding some federal holidays. 
+ We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier. So, keep a watchful eye on your mailman. (And contact us if you have a problem) 
+ All international orders are subject to customs fees determined by their countries regulations.

How do I track my order?

You're gonna get an e-mail from Paypal (we use them to process orders). Open that up, there's a tracking number inside of it. You can either track through the link in the email, your shopdirtyceleb.com account, or go directly to the carrier 's website.

Got my package but there's a fee. What's the deal?

If your shipping address is outside of the US you might have to pay customs fees when your package is delivered. Customs fees are determined by your country, are not included in any payment you made to DC. Unfortunately, we can't control nor are responsible for these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for the details. If you refuse a shipment you are responsible for the original shipping charges, duties and the cost of returning the package to New Jersey. This amount will be deducted from your store credit.  If you were charged for an order you got and you live in the US, that's not right! Returns and Exchanges

Can I change or cancel an order I just placed?

Unfortunately, we can't change orders that are placed and shipped. However, if you contact us before we ship the item, we can refund you right away (the time it takes for you to get reimbursed depends on your bank).

Can I return something I bought?

Yes, we take back any item within 14 days for a full refund. Items returned after 14 days are subject to store credit.

What will I get for my return?

Once we get our items, we'll send you a confirmation email with either amount refunded or all of your store credit info. Once you get that e-mail, you're ready to shop! If you were insured a store credit, a code in the amount will be provide that you can add like a coupon before you checkout.

Do you offer price adjustments for past sales?

We love you, but we do not adjust prices on past orders.
