We know buying online can be stressful so we offer the following service to make your user experience a breeze:

  • UP TO THE MINUTE PACKAGE TRACKING WITH ROUTE (AS AN ADD-ON AT CHECKOUT)
  • INSURANCE ON ALL PACKAGES
  • REPLACEMENT OF LOST AND STOLEN PACKAGES WHEN REPORTED

We accept returns for store credit  (via a paypal gift card that can be used at our  store) for the following:

  • Items that arrive damaged upon delivery
  • Items with fit or any other sizing issue
  • Items returned to us  within 5 to 10 business days after we processed your return

 

We do not accept the following for returns due to sanitation:

  • Earrings
  • Mouth jewelry
  • Items beyond the 10 days return policy

exCHANGES

We accept exchanges for a similar priced item or larger size when we begin clothing sales:

  • Items worn (inspected upon delivery)
  • Special items – gifts for special occasions and holidays may be exchanged up to 30 days after purchases

returns with viabill

Viabill allows our US based customers to break up payments for large  orders. To change, cancel, return, or inquire about your order status, contact us as soon as possible. When we make the requested change we will contact ViaBill so they can make any necessary adjustments to your balance within 5-10 days.
